Examples of sessions / workshops with participants and their discoveries.
The essence lies in what each person experiences through the workshop; the artistic result that emerges is not subject to any judgment.
Emotion flower colored by the supported person and their felt experiences:
First petal layer color: dark red expressing anger
Muscular tension and tightness (back, shoulders, neck, stomach bloating)
Second petal layer color: brown, an autumn transition color, change of season and horizon. A lack of control and/or perspective on how quickly things unfold.
Third petal layer color: yellow-orange, to soothe change through inner strength and serenity.
A need for self-indulgence where internal pressure had become too heavy.
The color of the central circle: a lighter yellow, for the strength of the sun and its reference to the self-affirmation chakra.
Blue for water, source of life and well-being, reminding one of holidays, relaxation, feeling light and carried.
Therefore, an inner haven of peace to protect from the negative emotions generated by daily stress.
Symbols and drawings outside the Mandala circle
A small skull echoing the Halloween season, reflecting the slow symbolic death of the soul when it gets lost too often in repeated anger
Rain clouds and an umbrella, October weather that can irritate and quickly lead to overflowing rivers, much like emotions that sometimes spill over too
A closed vial containing hearts that long to escape and spread
self-love
A little ghost representing the (anger-broken) soul who watches in surprise as
its heart slips away
