The participant feels reinvigorated, thanks life, reflects that it was all worth experiencing, and that it forms a good reserve of freshness and good humor to move forward.

A smile emerges on her face accompanied by a release of tension in the shoulders and
stomach; sensations created by the joy evoked by memories, the echo of good
and joyful friends, carefree years.

Light blue, fresh and open, for space, freedom, and the sky of happy days

The honey yellow spreads beyond the tender green petals to continue diffusing a comforting

The participant felt a sense that there are no limits, although there is that song lyric: “the sky was the limit”; yet as she remembered: “If you look at the clouds
too long, you end up forgetting the light of the sky.”
