An artistic mediation exercise that works both on self-esteem and on exploring one\u2019s identity.
The idea?
Associate a positive word with each letter of your first name, then bring it to life through images or symbols chosen instinctively.
First, it\u2019s fun:
Flipping through magazines or flyers (here, picked up randomly in museums and community spaces), cutting, pasting\u2026 just like those carefree childhood moments \ud83d\ude42
Rediscovering the joy of working with your hands and the memories that make you smile.
Then comes the depth:
The exercise gives new meaning to your name, and by extension, to yourself. Each word, each image becomes a small revelation.
Letter by letter, you rediscover different facets of who you are:
Playful (Ludique), Unity (Unit\u00e9), Gentleness (Douceur), Optimism (Optimisme), Devour Life (d\u00e9vorer la Vie), Inspiration (Inspiration), Clarity (Clart\u00e9).
A precious reminder of what drives me and what I want to share.
The highlight:
The letter C became linked to an illuminated underwater cave, accompanied by the phrase: \u201cHe and you will pass through the light.\u201d
